Had an awesome experience at Burger Bodega in Houston! We tried the spicy chopped cheese, the double cheeseburger, and the mango lassi milkshake ,everything was fantastic. The meat was deliciously marinated and cooked perfectly, juicy and full of flavor in every bite. The spicy chopped cheese was really spicy had just the right kick and the double cheeseburger was rich and satisfying. The mango lassi milkshake was a unique and refreshing touch that paired perfectly with the meal. The décor was really cool too ,it felt just like a classic New York City bodega, which made the whole experience even more fun and authentic. Great food, great vibes.

These burgers were so juicy and crispy on the edges, the perfect combo. It’s a classic diner burger diner style location where you can build your burger and add single or double patties. The double patty cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes, and the spicy mayo was great. The cheesy fries were also really tasty. We got a milkshake that contrasted perfectly with the fries. The location is super busy and there isn’t much parking around or seating inside, so plan ahead.

New York bodega-style restaurant specializing in burgers Tried the classic double smash burger and chopped cheese with their fries. Their fries are golden, brown and delicious. The double smash burger was really solid but could’ve added grilled onions or a more acidic zesty sauce flavor to balance out the meat (there were pickles). Chopped cheese on a hoagie roll was not as good - despite also having veggies (lettuce and tomatoes), the ratio felt overly weighted on bread. The sandwiches sizes were pretty robust.
